What Causes Lump On Cheek After Hitting Bathroom Counter?

hi, my 2 yr old daughter hit her left cheek on the bathroom counter about a month and a half ago she got a bruised. The bruise went away after a week. i checked her cheek here and their She was fine, but, then she got a dimple out of nowhere a week or 2 ago. i thought it was a little weird but her dad got dimples. Last night i checked her cheek and she has a lump in her cheek. i am not sure when she got the lump. what is the lump? Should i be worried?

The lump and dimple on her cheek seems to be an after effect of an injury which she had suffered ,sometime back.
Usually after an injury, when healing of tissues occur, then there is over repair of the tissues and gradually these tissues remodeled to their original size and shape.
Therefore it is of no special significance and should not be worrisome.
