Had ACL surgery 2 months ago; two nights ago; now feels like it did before surgery. Also have a sort of hard lump below the knee, sort of on the shin. The pain or uneasy feeling I get around the knee, is a sort of half moon shape. Stable, but when I walk, it sort of feels queer. Knee cap and inner lright side. When I fell, did not hear a pop; now however, I do hear some clicking when I extend
Hi. The hard lump could be the new insertion of the ACL where they attached the ligament - remember they drill the new attachment in and put a screw there, so that is expected. It is important to check if the attachments have not loosened to make that click. I advise you go back for a review by the Orthopod.
