Hello,

It is good to know that you had CT done. Wait for the CT report. Your daughter has a history of swollen lymph nodes since a younger age.

Such lumps are commonly caused due to infection, enlargement of the lymph node, get her examined. The doctor may want to take a sample of the fluid for the test(study) to rule out cancer.

Not all cysts & tumours are cancerous. It looks more like a lipoma, lipomas are harmless, if it is not growing there's no problem.

If it gets painful & affects daily life then it needs to be removed. Get your daughter evaluated & treated at the earliest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
