What Causes Lumps Around Anus And Opening Of Vagina?

i have recently stopped taking cerazette as a form of contraception and i have been using condoms as protection when i have sex with my partner.....i have noticed that there are some sort of lumps around my anus and the opening to my vagina but my boyfriend does not appear to have the HPV virus and im worried :S
