Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having forcep delivery which might have produced some soft tissue injury on neck and face giving rise lumps.
there can be simple soft tissue injury or mild hematoma or neck muscle injury.
consult Neo-natologist or pediatric orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
Meanwhile give rest to affected part to prevent further damage of local part.
Ok and take care.
