What Causes Lumps On The Anal Opening With Occasional Bleeding?

hi i'm 20 years old. i've had 3 lumps on the outside of my anus for about two years now. i don't know if it's cancer or not and i am really starting to get scared. they only bled once and they usually are almost non noticeable until i have a bowel moment then they really increase in size. after bowel movements my anus is very itchy and painful. however, after a while the pain goes away but it is still kind of itchy. i wouldn't think it was cancer but it's been like this for about two years now.

Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
Really appreciate your concern, your history of lesions of anal region could be suggestive of hemorrhoids, and it is not the malignancy (cancer) second it could be chronic lymph node abscess, for the differentiation medical or clinical examination is must without this condition can not be differentiated, if this is turned out to be hemorrhoids then surgery would be the option, I advise you to see the surgeon or even can see the family physician hope this information helps.
