What Causes Major Facial Pain In Right Side And Small Lump Next To Ear?

Hi,
I've been having major facial pain in right side of my face, jaw locking, clicking, pain as well as one side of my face is much smaller now and have a small lump next to my ear. I have seen more than 20 doctors and some thinks it is TMJ some said TN but no good result and I am still suffering. Could you please help me who should I see?

hi .. in case to trigeminal neuralgia it will take time to recover. but if its becoz of TMJ then there should be some suspected i mean trauma or accident or mouth grinding habit etc . i would suggest you to go and counsalt ORAL SURGEON.... and if its TN then you might have some trigerring points like cold breez, or some fix time... so plz show to your near by oral maxillo facial surgeon...
