What Causes Malodorous Urine?

After I urinate, I would smell myself like a sweet, pungent, and "stinky" smell from my bottom. I would return to the bathroom to clean myself again with soapy paper towel, rinse and dry. I would change my pad and sometimes my underwear. It's worse if I had "contact" with my husband the previous night. I wonder if I'm having vaginal infection or this is the result of my previous hysterectomy or it's my hemorrhoids. sometimes Id have abdominal bloating. What's going on with me?

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Urine examination and pap smear is necessary.
2. Previous day contact would not cause immediate infection. Need to look into other causes.
3. Get the test done to identify the source of infection and smell. Previous hysterectomy is not possible. Hemorrhoids or abdominal bloating, low possibility, unless there is haemorrhoids infection. More details necessary for further opinion.
