What Causes Mass Of Skin Protruding From Buttock During Bowel Movement?

for the last few months i have had this bulge or mass of skin that protrudes from my butt when i poop, sometimes a dull pain accompanies this when it happens. as well as needle pains, like im being stuck with a needle in and around the same area. cant someone tell me what this might be?
