What Causes Mastitis Under Breast?

Hi I am 29 years of age and I think I have Mastitis under my left breast. At times it becomes swollen and filled with pus. I have really large breast and I work long hours.I don t know if this May be the reason given that I am wearing a bra for long hours and they is no air. How can I prevent this from coming back all the time.
