What Causes Memory Loss Along With Blurred Vision?

I am 48 y/o. I have recently been forgetting things, like door code at work and garage code two weeks later, I noticed I have been dropping things, Feel like my eyes are a bit fuzzy, using readers more often than I use to and I m having a hard time staying focused. I have a Drs apt Friday

Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

These symptoms may be related to eye and may not be related to the eye . Most probably it isn't . you could have a power change for your spectacles but the memory loss could be due to some other cause for which we need to see a neurologist .
