MY FRIEND 25YRS BOY IS TAKING TAB.SULPITAC100MG.HS DAILY SINCE ONE AND HALF YEARS REGULARLY.BUT SINCE 2 DAYS HE IS FEELING DIFFICULTY TO TALK,MEMORY, HANDS ARE SWEATIG ,FACE ALSO UNHAPPY. CAN YOU ADVICE WHAT TO DO FOR HIM?IS IT TO INCREASE DOSE OR ANYTHING?OR YOU WANT ME TAKE HIM TO HOSPITAL?WHAT TO DO PLS HELP ME?

Hi,

Sulpitac (Amisulpride) has many side effects including excessive sweating, twitches in the tongue and face, agitation and anxiety.
It is better to take him to a psychiatric for suitable antipsychotic, in view of suspected side effects.
