What Causes Menstrual Irregularities In A Sexually Active Person?

I have a 7 cm fibroid heavy bleeding every 31 days for 5-7 days i am sexually active and i had some bleeding on aug 7th for a few hrs then aug 24th for a few hrs since then i have no bleeding or period and two negative pregnancy test.... please tell me whats going on?

hello,menstural irregularity in your case seem to be due to 7 cm fibroid...consult your gynecologist to remove the fibroid or start taking oral contraceptive pills to decrease the size of the fibroid..
