Hello, I recently noticed that I have a metallic oder when eliminating. It is a metallic oder. I have somewhat an eating disorder but really make an effort to put healthy things in my body. I admit I mostly live on liquids and fill up on milk. I do add protein and greens to it try to cover the basic needs. I love to cook but don t love to eat. The symptoms as mentioned in your post suggest that you might be having dysosmia.
