What Causes Mild Fever In An Infant?

Hi I need some help. So my 15 month old was in the garage for couple minutes and came to me with a bottle of bleach. The kid was off and this was an empty bottle. So I thought. To check to see if he might have put his lips to the bottle and tipped it back and might have gotten any , I poured it in the sink and there was still a little in it. But I m not sure if he drank any. And that was two days ago. And yesterday he was mild fever and not really eating. Today he s very lathargic and got sick twice no fever tho. But not eating really either.. what do you think
