Dear Doctor, I have mild pain at the end of urination which started about 5 days ago (27 August 14). Just about an hour ago, first time I noticed I have brown colour urine. The followings are the symptoms: 1. Brown colour urine (first time). 2. Mild pain at the end of urination. 3. For the last week, I have noticed the urine was cloudy compare to old time. Symptoms I do not have or at least I cannot tell are as followings: 1. I did not pay attention to the smell of the urine. That is I do not know whether it is normal or with unusual smell. 2. I do not have frequent or urgent need to urinate. May be the difference is so mild that it does not bother me. 3. I do not have abdominal pain or cramping, however, I have mild pain between the groin and testicle area. The pain is not getting worst or better when I press it down at the mentioned area. 4. About 3 months ago I have severe lower back pain, doctor diagnosed as muscle strain and the pain was gone after couple days of resting. At present I have no back pain. 5. There is no change in bowel movements, I have once every day and occasionally missed a day. 6. In general, I do not have the following mentioned: Easy bleeding or bruising, Feeling very thirsty, Fever and chills, General ill feeling, Nausea with or without vomiting, Unexplained weight loss, Weakness (loss of strength), Yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes (jaundice). I do not know whether this is related or not, for the last 6 months, I have rash at my buttock once in awhile. This only comes up at bed time and it is gone when I wake up. Thanks for your help!
