What Causes Mild Pain On Left Side Of Stomach And Bloating?

Dr. OZ , im a 28 years old , male . 2 months ago I have started to wake up after 4 hours of sleep at night with a minor pain in the left side of my stomach (directly under the Thoracic cage ) with a feel of bulge and very noticeable speedup in the heart beats with creepiness in hands and legs. It was diagnosed as Irritable Bowel and I used Duspatalin and Agiolax for one month , and since then I do 45 Hrs of exercise and lost more than 20 lbs in the last 2 months ( weight was 196 lbs and im 70” tall) also I eat only fruits , white rice , salad , grilled fish and yoghurt for each day since then but yet I’m not getting any better I do believe that gases are more with continuous belch also the stool are always green with yellow agglomerations surrounded with what looks like red veins (sometimes it is only yellow stripes all along the green stool ), I have tried the active carbon capsules and it is not helping at all , I really need your help
