What Causes Mild Stomach Discomfort And Weird Feeling After Finishing Antibiotics?

I am 32 female, 5 ft 5 inches, 120pounds.. being treated for stomach Hpylori ( Omeprazole, Clarithromycin and Flagyl) I stopped the antibiotics (Clarithromycin and Flagyl last nite) but still feel weird.. 3 days into taking it, i had anxiety symptoms, nausea at night or early hours of the morning, mild teeth chattering. 6 days into the treatment, all the weird symptoms disappeared for 2days and came back on the last day of the 2 antibiotics. I am still on omeprazole.. Don't know why i still feel weird.... still feeling the mild teeth chattering and the mild stomach discomfort..

Thank for asking a question
Your concern being appreciated, right now all the given symptoms are not indicative of H. Pylori infection but it seems to be due to some functional factors neither it is due to the medicines taken for H Pylori infection (Antibiotics and anti-protozoa ) teeth chattering may have several reason but non of them proved It is just a hypothesis, like anxiety, panic attack, missing teeth, mental irritation in sleep, apnea and worm infestations,
Once you have completed the course of antibiotic for H Pylori infection and continued Omeprazole so you can keep it taking for six weeks, try to come out of the stress, you can try Chlordiazepoxide three times in day it will reduce the anxiety.
