Hi and welcome to HCM..
I am sorry to hear this but I suggest you not to worry...
I thank you for posting your query..
I read your question completely and have understood it well enough..
I being a surgeon, we encounter so many such cases..
Well, I will analyze all your points in the question.
1. Thin milky color in 32, otherwise normal male should not be a problem.
So suggest you not to worry on this.. But be careful, and keep an eye on the further episodes if any.
Generally we call it
chyluria. Or sometimes you can notice due to urinary Tracy infections. Uti.
2. Normal urine later, again says you are absolutely fine.
If chyluria or Uti, you'll note these additional symptoms
A. Pain on urinating
B. Persistent milky or altered urine
C. Burning sensation
D. Lower pain abdomen
E Increased urination.
Hope you don't have any of these..
3. And hence, i conclude saying confidently that there's absolutely no problem with you.
4. Also, in case you find any such further episodes please do these..
A. Urine routine and microscopy
B. Urine culture
We can see, what has to be done..
That's it..
Take care and God bless. In case you need any further assistance, please let me know..
