What Causes Missed Period With Multi Fibroid Bulky Uterus, 13mm Thickness Endometrium?

Hi,I missed my periods.It s been 15 days above and I got an abdomen scan done .It showed a multi fibroid bulky uterus and 13mm thickness endometrium.My doctor advised a 7 days course of Deviry 10mg .I finished the course but no menstruation till now.Is it something to worry about??

You will get your menses after 7-10 days of taking Deviry tablet, get urine pregnancy test done in order to confirm.
