What Causes Missed Periods?

Hello I m shipra from delhi.my age is 26.I got married last February 2014. My LMP is 19. 9.14...n now I miss my period. I also do pregnancy test by prega news bt the result was negative. So I m confused... N one more thing I have hypothyroidism also.please give me the right way

Hi,

Hypothyroidism can cause delayed periods and other menstrual irregularities.

You can get a thyroid function test done to check your thyroid status and start on Thyroxine accordingly.
