What Causes Mood Swings And Depression After A Hysterectomy?

Hi, I am Cherie. I had a hysterectomy August 18, 2013. I have only my left ovary. But my GYN says it is shrinking. I have been so....... bad, angry, depressed, feeling down on my self. I already suffer from depression and I am on meds for it since i was 18, and now I am 48. I do not even want sex. It hurts too bad. I am angry so much. What is wrong with me?

Hi,

As your one ovary is removed and another ovary is not functioning normally you are having this symptoms.
You can consult a Gynecologist and start HRT.
