Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Occurrence of mucus in stool after eating hot and spicy food can be due to intolerance and the blood in stool can be due to the same.
I can understand the concerns about cancer as your Grandma had bowel cancer. But 27 age is too early to have bowel cancer and is very rare.
yet , to be confirmed about I would advise you the following:
Stop oily, hot and spicy food strictly and see if all the symptoms go away; if yes means that the causative factor is the food and not cancer.
You have to maintain not eating such instigating or enhancing foods.
Also get your stool tested as well as colonoscopy done to be confirmed about whether there is any other cause. If normal, nothing more may be needed.
If the stool shown any sort of infection it is better to have a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotics and you will be better.
