What Causes Mucus In Stool?

hello doc, I am 24 male, i have noticed clear thick mucus in my stool a couple of times since yesterday, no associated symptom accept that my stool consistency is very soft and snowflake like? i have had loads of watermelon since yesterday, other than that i had lady finger in dinner last night?
