What Causes Mucus In Stools With Bloating And Indigestion?

hi, im 22 years old. i have a lot of mucus in my stools and mucus-like deposits on the whites of my eyes. other symptoms; bloating, gas, indigestion, constipation, sluggish, yellow coating on tongue, easily cold, lower back pain (where the kidneys are). is this some kind of liver conditionor something more along the lines of irritable bowel syndrome?
