What Causes Mucus In Urine And Blood In Stool?

Heey doctor , I am a 14 year old . I have been having mucus ( white or clear coloured ) in urine , that happens too much . Nearly everyday . Plus that i get bright blood in my stool a lot of times , i get constipated , and sometimes i do not go to the bathroom for a day or two . However , it really hurts while passing the stool . I have had a urine test , which was normal . My blood tests were all good , except that my Tsh levels are unbalanced , whichh seems to be unreasonable . I have scoliosis as well , but other than that i am perfectly fine . Thanks in advance and God bless you .
