What Causes Mucus With Strings Of Blood From Anus?

I have mucus coming out from my anus when I use the toilet , but I get this sometime,I had a colon test taken a year and a half ago.doc said it was ok and found one polp. I now have the mucus for sometime but today I have a stomach pain,and when I drink water or eat any little thing a few minutes later I get stomach pains and have to use the bathroom,but all that comes out is the mucus mix I think a very little strings of light blood I think and very little pail stool..please,please do not charge me any money, I have no money. Please !

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of polyp in Colonoscopy. Now the problem is passing of mucus and blood in the stool and have to go for passing bowel movement on eating or drinking.
This is most probably due to amoebic colitis.
I would advise you the following:
Get a course of an antibiotic and metronidazole.
If there are results, complete the course of 5 days.
Take proper care to have fresh home made food and treated water.
If the problem persists, get stool, blood and urine tests done.
Get Colonoscopy and further treatment as per the reports.
