What Causes Muscle Aches And Severe Mood Swings While On Keppra?
I have been taking keppa for 7 months and ever since I been on it I jump almost all the time I have muscle pain I have fallen get angry and have mood changes and have stupid dreams and now I cant walk without a walker or wheel chair cause I lose my balance when I was on phenobarbital I don t want to take it anymore so can I decrease the dosage safely without the help of a doctor if so how can I take it I am on 500 mg twice a day

It is not related to Keppra.
As a first line management, you can analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
