Hello, ever since I was little I d get a random cramp in my thigh that last about 20 seconds, and fades in and out for the 20 second duration. Its located on the outer side of my right thigh. I am now 20 and still get it. Until recently, it was more of a sensation than a pain. It reminds me somewhat of the leg stretching sensation of achieving orgasm during intercourse. Lately however, it has been more painful. This may just be a simple cramp, but I was wondering why always the same leg, and why have I always had it?
I have studied your case. Muscle cramps can be reduced by Massaging the cramped muscle with your hands or oil Drinking plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration Stretching your thigh muscles or riding a stationary cycle.
