Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

There are many causes of muscle cramps and fatigue.

Most common causes are like infection or electrolyte imbalance or myositis or anxiety or anemia etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Get it done serum electrolytes, serum creatinine, serum CPK levels.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
