Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think pain and soreness in your muscle is due to following causes.
1.Muscle weakness
2.Diabetes
3.osteoporosis
4.Neuropathy due to lack of vitamin b12
So i would suggest you to take regular calcium and vitamin D3. Also you should take methylcobal daily. Tablet Carnisure will improve your muscle strength. I hope this answer will be useful for you,let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
