What Causes Muscle Pain While Breathing?

Hi, I have heart issues (nothing diagnosed, but I m currently wearing a 30 day heart monitor) and I got very upset today. For the last few hours, I have a muscle type ache when I breathe in. I ve felt it before after getting upset too. What could it be?

I suggest using muscle relaxant such as Baclofen three times a day.

I suggest using a magnesium supplement.

I also recommend to avoid movements that can trigger the symptoms.
