What Causes Muscle Spasms And Burning Sensation Under The Left Rib Cage?
I m having what feels like a muscle spasm over my left rib cage, just under my breast. After the spasm, it feels like a burning sensation. I m not in any pain and I do not have any blood pressure issues, I m not under any stress at this time. I was just getting ready for bed. It almost feeels like a rolling sensation under my skin. Is this a sign of a heart attack?

It may be due to conditions like costochondritis.
As a first line of management you can take analgesics like Acetaminophen or Diclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist, better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
