What Causes Muscle Spasms In The Lower Back After Recovering From Shingles?

I had shingles a year ago. An apparently mild case with no pain. The sores were on my lower back on right side only. Since it has cleared up I ve had muscle spasms in lower right back in the same area. Could this be because nerves in that area were effected by shingles?

it is not relatedtoshingles. maintain cleanliness and hygiene. can apply mediker ointment or shampoo.it does not effect nerves.
