Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The muscle tightness in arms after an allergic reaction can be due to decreased fluid intake or an electrolyte disturbance. Taking fluid rich in electrolytes like Gatorade can help in improvement of symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Praveen Tayal, Orthopaedic Surgeon
