Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may be suffering from Hypokalemia or muscle spasm or nerve compression like superficial perineal nerve or deep perineal nerve compression lead to pain in the anterior or lateral compartments of thigh. Also check for thyroid status, blood sugar ,thyroid levels. use tablet Pregabalin once daily for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
