What Causes Muscle Weakness And Fatigue Along With Vomiting?

In the last 4 days I have experienced extreme muscle weakness, fatigue doing a simple thing like walking. I am fit, walk everyday often lugging groceries, soil, etc. I have to stop and sit down, yesterday I had a wa,be of nausea that caused me to vomit. This has never happened too me before in spite of my medical conditions. Mestatic melanoma, hypertension other.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Muscle weakness and vomiting may be due to viral fever or myalgia or electrolyte imbalance or stomach flu etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

Use tablet Ondonsetron. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
