What Causes Nausea After Eating Food?

My 9yr old daughter is feeling nausea after eating the smallest amount of food after every meal. She has not vomitted but feels sick. After about 1/2 hour she feels better. There are no other symptoms or fever. Bowel movements are a little sandy. She is very active and this has been going on for 2 months. Bloodwork was done and are waiting for results. What do you think it is?
