General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to acid reflux, side effect of the drugs and anxiety/stress.
Take following advises:
Take tablet esmoprazole plus domperidone 30 minutes before the meal.
Tablet metoclopramide at the bed time
Capsule sporolac
Avoid stress, take small frequent meal rather than large meal
Avoid spicy/oily and fatty food
Take diet like banana, boiled rice, applesauce, yogurt, buttermilk.
Do light exercise like walking and yoga
If not resolves then consult the gastroenterologist.
Hope this may help you
