What Causes Nausea After Having Food?

My stomach has been feeling very weird for about two weeks and every time I eat I feel nauseous. I've been somewhat constipated as well. The pain isn't like my period cramp s which makes me worry. Is there anything that could cause this? I have also been having back pain and have had trouble getting to sleep.

Hello,
welcome to HCM.
Stomach pain and nausea after eating are most commonly associated with stomach or duodenal ulcers. The back pain may or may not be related to the abdominal pain.
You can try over the counter (OTC) stomach ulcer medications. They are called proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) like pentoprazole or lansoprazole - but the OTC doses may not be sufficient.
It is best to see a doctor who can evaluate you fully and make a correct diangnosis.
Stomach pain or you worrying about it may cause you a problem of getting to sleep.
Wishing you best of health.
