What Causes Nausea After Having Tramadol For Rheumatoid Arthritis?

I have RA , female 54 ,on biological remicaid monthly well maintained. Today due to being off routine took 35mg tramadol light meal 5 hrs later after lunch took another then felt nausea severe clamminess so sat down at Walgreens went ahead after feeling ok and got flu shot. Headed home and threw up still nauseated off and on and claim ness with nausea. Told heart healthy also take weekly methotrexate have bloods run monthly and all perfect. I have had left nephrectomy at 23yrs. Gut tells me tramadol effect due to not taking it but now it s been 6hrs since last pill ..some mild flutters but no chest pain no fever no weakness or cardiac symptoms common for women. I am 5 4 and 165ish and healthy otherwise. Thanks

I have gone through your query. Your problem is most likely due to side effect of tramadol. Tramadol can give nausea and vomiting in some. Phenergan will be helpful in such case. You can ask your doctor to change to another drug or combine anemeti with it. Hope this may help you.
