What Causes Nausea And Bloating With Dizziness?

i have been taking loestrin 24 for 5 months now. am lactose intollerant and have celiacs disease. i am 28 and weigh 120 lbs. i missed a couple pills 2 weeks ago, since then, i have been exeriencing nausea and bloating, dizziness.... do u think these could be related to the pill as i just found out theres lactose in it. maybe a build up of lactose in my system.../
