What Causes Nausea And Cramps In Stomach?

Hi my daughter has been having stomach problems for the past 3 days, she has been having a nautious feeling but she hasnt beeen vomiting and she gets cramps about every hour or so. Do you know if there is anything wrong or is it some kind of health problem?
