What Causes Nausea And Dizziness After Periods?

hi, i had my period 2 weeks ago, however before my period i have been feeling nauseous and it still progressive i get dizzy from time to time and headaches. im 30 years old im 5 6 not sure of my wight but have lost some during this period. I would like to know what do you think i may have?
