What Causes Nausea And Dizziness If Suffering From UTI?

I have had no insurance for the past 5 months and have had a UTI for the past 5 months. I have been dizzy, and feeling as if I am going to vomit, as well as having kidney "spasms". I have history of renal inflammation, and have had several stents placed. I was just wondering if the nauseated feeling and feelings of unreality and dizziness is normal, for a UTI that has been going on for 5 months?
