What Causes Nausea And Fatigue After Gallbladder Removal?
I recently finished Epclusa treatment for HepC, and I also had my gall bladder removed one month ago. However, these symptoms are still bothering me everyday: They are 2-3 minute episodes that I have having for nearly 2.5 years: Fatigue, Severe Nausea. They last about 2-3 minutes, then go away. I have them 6 times per day on average. My doctor and I thought removing the gall bladder would help this, but it didn't. Any idea what may be causing these episodes of nausea and fatigue?
I came to know that your nausea and Vomiting is there before surgery also. It may be not related to gallbladder. Possible that it may be due to Gastritis or irritable bowel syndrome or cyclic vomiting syndrome or premenopausal syndrome or anemia or urosepsis, etc.
It may also seen in post cholicystectomy syndrome characterized by pain abdomen, bloating , nausea, and loose stools. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Avoid fatty meal ,eat soft diet. use tablet Ondonsetron twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
