What Causes Nausea And Frequent Vomiting Sensation?

Hi i'm a pretty healthy 21 year old Youg woman. I usually don't get sick As I have a very strong immune system. But for the past 5 days iv been feelin nauseause. I induced vomitig the first day and that's just cuz the food needed to come out. But now for the last 4 dAys iv just been feeling sick to my stomach on and off. I don't actually vomit though. And this sick feeling jut comes and goes. It happens at random times if the day or night. A few times I even wake up shaking so bad. I just don't know what to do any more. I just feel icky and I want this feeling to go away. Plssss help.

Hello,

The symptoms of vomiting can happen in any illness, but it has some associated symptom, and in absence of that it could be due to indigestion (Dyspepsia), although it is the self-limiting condition, if the symptoms persist, then you can have tablet Ondansetron three times in a day.

Secondly, it could be a viral infection initially it comes with the symptoms of vomiting over all vomiting symptoms needs to be kept under observation if no obvious cause is there.
