I am a 55 year old teacher on summer break. I eat LOTS of fruit, especially in the summer, lean meat--chicken and pork. I am very active, fit and trim. 6 0 weigh 140 lbs. Power walk nearly every day. Hike & Kayak. My problem is that I am in a constant state of slight nauseousness. I believe I was this way last summer. Having a hard time finding my happy place in my head. I take an iron supplement, multi-vitamins and others including B Complex, B-12, calcium, fish oil, and recently magnesium and potassium to combat leg cramps at night. When I told the ladies at the health food store they immediately said it could be candida imbalance in my intestines. ?? I don t see a connection of nauseousness and candida imbalance on the web. What might be going on causing this symptom? They were suggesting probiotics and a yeast cleanse. I appreciate your input please.
