What Causes Nausea And Lightheadedness With Diarrhea?

Here are my symptoms: severe nausea, diarrea, and lightheadedness. It s hard to drink water. I go to bed really nauseated and wake up feeling great, then, about an hour later, I feel really sick again. I cannot vomit. This has been going on for 4 days now. There is no way I m pregnant, unless I am the virgin mary. What do you think I could have??

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Many causes are there for nausea and vomiting. Possible causes are GERD or lactose intolerence or acute labyrinthitis or BPPV, etcetera.

Avoid spicy food at night, use head end elevation at night. Use tablet zofer. Consult your physician for prescription.

If symptoms do not improve, please consult your doctor who will examine and treat you accordingly.
