What Causes Nausea And Loose Motions?

Hello, I am a 32 year old woman in generally good health (fit, eats well, etc.) 4 days ago, I suddenly felt very nauseated during breakfast, sat down for a few minutes and then vomited a large amount. Since then, I ve been having intense nausea, reduced appetite, excessive mouth watering, stomach cramps, heartburn, and initially watery diarrhea which has now become yellow loose stools. I have no fever and generally feel fine. I do not generally have digestive issues (i.e. no IBS, no allergies, no GERD, etc) but sometimes experience mild nausea.
